Not a government agency

FedGrantHub is not a federal, state, or local government agency. It is not Grants.gov, does not act for any funding agency, and is not endorsed by or affiliated with an agency merely because the Service links to or summarizes an official source.

Official sources control

Statutes, regulations, agency notices, notices of funding opportunity, official amendments, and other controlling primary sources govern. Summaries, alerts, analysis, deadlines, excerpts, and links may become incomplete or outdated when an agency changes, withdraws, delays, or clarifies information. Users must review the current official source before acting.

No eligibility or award guarantee

Any eligibility assessment is preliminary and must cite controlling source language. Relevance, urgency, evidence status, and preliminary eligibility are separate concepts. A favorable assessment does not establish legal eligibility, agency acceptance, funding availability, application completeness, competitiveness, or award success.

No professional advice or representation

The Service does not provide legal, accounting, tax, procurement, lobbying, engineering, financial, or grant-writing advice. FedGrantHub does not submit applications, communicate with agencies on a customer’s behalf, certify compliance, or make commitments for a customer unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Evidence and analysis labels

The Service may distinguish officially confirmed actions, credible reporting, emerging signals, and analysis. Those labels communicate the status of available evidence; they are not ratings of legal validity or promises that an event will occur. Secondary reporting should be checked against linked primary materials whenever possible.

Automated assistance

Automated and artificial-intelligence tools may assist with extraction, classification, matching, or analysis when enabled. Automated output can contain errors. It does not independently authorize publication or replace review of the supporting evidence and controlling source.

Deadlines and customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming deadlines, time zones, amendment history, submission systems, registrations, required forms, matching-fund requirements, procurement rules, approvals, and all other application or compliance requirements. Customers should allow adequate time for agency systems and obtain advice from qualified professionals.

Links are provided for evidence and convenience. FedGrantHub does not control third-party availability, cybersecurity, accessibility, content, or policy. A link does not constitute endorsement.

No consequential reliance

Do not commit funds, incur costs, change legal position, represent eligibility publicly, or forgo another opportunity solely because of FedGrantHub content.
