FedGrantHub Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Plans and prices

Monthly plan: $99 per organization per month.

Annual plan: $999 per organization per year, paid in full. The annual price saves $189 compared with twelve monthly payments at the current monthly rate.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless Checkout states otherwise. Each subscription covers the organization and authorized users permitted by the subscribed plan; it is not an individual-interest subscription.

2. Starting a subscription

Stripe charges the selected monthly or annual price when Checkout confirms the subscription. Checkout will display the amount due, renewal interval, and how to cancel before payment is submitted.

A limited evaluation period is available only when FedGrantHub offers it separately in writing. The written offer and Checkout disclosure govern its duration, payment requirements, and conversion or expiration terms.

3. Payment authorization

By submitting a payment method, Customer authorizes FedGrantHub and Stripe to charge subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other amounts clearly disclosed and accepted at purchase. Customer must maintain accurate billing information and an authorized payment method.

Stripe securely processes payment credentials. FedGrantHub receives payment and subscription status but does not store complete card numbers.

FedGrantHub may issue promotional codes that reduce the price displayed at checkout for the stated promotional period. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, the subscription renews at the standard price then shown for the selected plan after the promotion ends.

4. Taxes and exemptions

Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes may be added to the displayed price. Stripe Tax may calculate and collect tax based on the billing information, product classification, and registrations configured by FedGrantHub.

Governmental or tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption information before the charge when possible. Exemption is not assumed solely because an account uses a government email address. If tax was charged incorrectly, contact support@fedgranthub.com with the invoice and exemption documentation.

Stripe’s services do not transfer FedGrantHub’s legal responsibility to register, file, or remit taxes. Customer remains responsible for taxes it must self-assess or pay directly, excluding taxes based on FedGrantHub’s net income.

5. Automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month. Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year. The payment method on file will be charged unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date.

FedGrantHub will send annual subscribers an electronic renewal reminder at least 30 days before renewal. Failure to receive a reminder does not extend the subscription when the notice was correctly sent, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Organization Administrators should keep the billing email current.

6. Cancellation

An Organization Administrator may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@fedgranthub.com. Cancellation will be available through substantially the same online means used to subscribe.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law, a signed agreement, or the cancellation confirmation states otherwise. Customer retains access through that date.

A cancellation is complete only when the Stripe portal or FedGrantHub provides confirmation. If confirmation is not received, contact support promptly.

7. Refund policy

Subscription payments are nonrefundable, and unused time is not prorated, except where required by law, where a signed agreement provides otherwise, or when FedGrantHub confirms a duplicate charge or billing error.

Customer should cancel before the renewal date. Dissatisfaction with a funding outcome, changed funding availability, an unsuccessful application, or failure to use the Service does not create a refund right because FedGrantHub does not guarantee eligibility or awards.

8. Failed payments and grace period

If payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and FedGrantHub or Stripe may send billing notices. Customer authorizes those retries. FedGrantHub provides a seven-day grace period beginning with the first failed payment.

Access may be suspended when the grace period ends without successful payment. Suspension does not erase amounts already due. Access may be restored after payment. An account may be terminated if payment remains unresolved, subject to applicable law and any signed government agreement.

9. Price changes

FedGrantHub may change prices for a future renewal. We will provide reasonable advance notice, including at least 30 days before an annual renewal price change. A price change does not alter a prepaid period. Customer may cancel before the new price takes effect.

10. Invoices, purchase orders, and government procurement

Stripe may provide receipts and invoices. A purchase-order number or procurement workflow does not replace payment obligations unless accepted in a signed agreement. Government customers should identify statutory payment, appropriation, tax-exemption, and procurement requirements before purchase.
